OPTION 2: CALL SUPPORT
PLEASE DIAL 866.960.9658 and press 1 for Support. A Support Engineer will answer your call, create a ticket on your behalf and attempt to resolve the issue while on the phone with you. In the event the technician cannot resolve your issue immediately your ticket will be escalated to another member of our team for further review.
