This is a 2-day, onsite evaluation, utilizing Iviry’s proprietary Cyber Readiness & Compliance Dashboard, that includes key stakeholders from your organization. Iviry will conduct a full NIST SP 800-171 readiness assessment that will provide actionable insights into your current cyber compliance status, as well as your projected standing against the recently released CMMC Version 1.0. PHASE 2

Remediation & NIST 800-171 Compliance

Upon completion of your initial Cyber Readiness & Compliance Assessment, Iviry will provide your organization with a Cyber Compliance Roadmap, complete with all critical recommendations and cost projections should you choose to move forward with Phase 2 of the CyberMentum™ solution. If we’ve earned your trust and you’d like to move forward with Phase 2, Iviry will execute on the below deliverables. Upon completion of Phase 2, your organization will be considered NIST 800-171 compliant.

Deliverables:

Resolve or assist with the resolution of all issues/gaps identified during Phase 1
Create your System Security Plan (SSP)
Furnish a complete Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
