One Team. One Solution.

Comprised of Iviry’s proprietary Cyber Security Compliance Stack, and forged by a team of cyber security professionals with deep concerns regarding our nation’s Defense Industrial Base’s (DIB) ability to defend itself from nefarious actors, both domestic and foreign, CyberMentum is the most comprehensive suite of tools, systems, protocols and capabilities in the cyber defense/hygiene solutions space.

In no uncertain terms, your ability to become or remain a viable federal defense contractor hinges on whether your organization is NIST 800-171 compliant. And with only 1% of current defense contractors actually NIST 800-171 compliant, based on a Department of Defense review, its highly likely you’re not quite there.

Furthermore, with the Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) on the horizon, and with current DoD RFP’s requiring actual compliance, time is not a commodity in large supply.

Iviry understands the burden, both financially and operationally, that cyber compliance can represent to many organizations. As such, we’ve developed CyberMentum™, a full-scope solution comprised of three phases;

PHASE 1

Cyber Readiness & Compliance Assessment

This is a 2-day, onsite evaluation, utilizing Iviry’s proprietary Cyber Readiness & Compliance Dashboard, that includes key stakeholders from your organization. Iviry will conduct a full NIST SP 800-171 readiness assessment that will provide actionable insights into your current cyber compliance status, as well as your projected standing against the recently released CMMC Version 1.0. You can take it from here or engage with Iviry for the next phase of the process, Remediation.

Deliverables:

  • 2-day, onsite assessment utilizing Iviry’s proprietary Cyber Readiness & Compliance Dashboard
  • Feedback and analysis provided by senior members of our Cyber Services Division team
  • Complete Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M)
  • Executive Summary & Briefing

PHASE 2

Remediation & NIST 800-171 Compliance

Upon completion of your initial Cyber Readiness & Compliance Assessment, Iviry will provide your organization with a Cyber Compliance Roadmap, complete with all critical recommendations and cost projections should you choose to move forward with Phase 2 of the CyberMentum™ solution. If we’ve earned your trust and you’d like to move forward with Phase 2, Iviry will execute on the below deliverables. Upon completion of Phase 2, your organization will be considered NIST 800-171 compliant.

Deliverables:

  • Resolve or assist with the resolution of all issues/gaps identified during Phase 1
  • Create your System Security Plan (SSP)
  • Furnish a complete Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)

PHASE 3

Cyber Hygiene Sustainment

Long-term cyber compliance will mean different things to different organizations. The standards will remain universally applicable, but how you get there depends on the tools and resources you currently possess and those you choose to invest in. With this in mind, Iviry has designed distinct sustainment offerings to ensure that your near and long term cyber-hygiene and compliance needs are secured.

Its been on your radar for years now, and perhaps you’ve taken some steps here and there to get the ball rolling on NIST 800-171 compliance. With the Department of Defense announcing that it is developing a new, mandatory cybersecurity certification for defense contractors who process, store or transmit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), however, delaying things is no longer an option as actual, DoD audits will begin in 2020.

The certification, called the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, or CMMC, will be layered over the NIST requirements that youre likely familiar with to some extent. While the actual CMMC certification has yet to be fully defined, compliance with the NIST 800-171 program will definitively be required.

Make no mistake about it… becoming NIST compliant, and sustaining that status over time, is a no-nonsense reality and will be the true “fourth pillar of consideration” for all DoD contracts. In no uncertain terms, non-compliance will mean that you will no longer be able to participate in DoD bids as a prime or sub-prime.

This is not the time to delay the inevitable or presume that you are all buttoned up. Internal IT teams, and the vast majority of managed services providers, typically do not have the knowledge or experience to evaluate current compliance status or manage the lift associated with attaining and sustaining actual compliance.

Iviry understands the burden, both financially and operationally, that cyber compliance can represent to many organizations. As such, we’ve developed CyberMentum™, a full-scope solution comprised of three phases;

PHASE 1
Cyber Readiness & Compliance Assessment

This is an onsite evaluation, utilizing Iviry’s proprietary Cyber Readiness & Compliance Dashboard, that includes key stakeholders from your organization. Iviry will conduct a full NIST 800-171 readiness assessment that will provide insights into your current cyber compliance status, complete with a weighted score based on actual NIST-provisioned metrics.
